Our Wedding Flower Booking System is open for
bookings in 2026 and 2027

Our weekend dates in May, June, July and August usually get booked up a year in advance. For weddings in November until the end of February please email for our availability.
How to Book:

Select which flower options you’d like from the options (called ‘add ons’) below. If you are unsure of what you require, please choose the ‘Save the Date’ option.

The time of your booking is not important - it’s a requirement of the booking system and we will coordinate delivery and/or collection to suit your schedule.Fill out your order details
You will then be prompted to fill out your order details and pay a booking fee to secure the date.
You can also add notes now, it’s great to know where the wedding is and get a feel for what you are planning, but you can send information later too.

Our booking process is now all online. This is for efficiency and time management purposes, and it is fuss-free and efficient. Although it is not perfect, it works well. We don’t have capacity to hold consultations and provide design concepts but we love providing flowers for special occasions so we hope that this will suit those people who want local, seasonal, country garden flowers for their big day.

Prices are for 2026 weddings only. We are not in a position to estimate accurately our costs for weddings next year. Prices for 2027 weddings will be set in January 2027 and your order will be updated then. We recommend you budget for a 10% increase.

Initial Payment
To guarantee your booking we take a 20% Non-Refundable Booking Fee up front and remaining balance is due a month before your big day.
You can also choose to ‘Save the Date’ Booking Fee for 2026 for £150
This is to help you if you know you want our flowers but haven’t firm plans yet!
Both options are deducted off the total booking order, and the balance is due a month before your wedding.
Please do not proceed through the booking payment without doing this, as the booking isn’t secure until money has been received. A receipt is issued with every payment. (Check your junk folder if you don’t receive our email notifications when you book.) -
