Our Seasonal Gift Bouquets celebrate the season. From late March and April you can expect our speciality daffodils and tulips, as well as ranunculus, anemone and stocks, alongside lots of lovely foliages including flowering currant and pussy willow. In the summer we have a wide range of beautiful flowers. In the Summer and Autumn we pick from our flower field here in Little Clifton, choosing a delightful mix of flowers and foliage. As the weather cools again and the days shorten, we embrace Chrysanthemum, asters and dahlia.
Outside of our main season and for some specific crops (peonies in May/June for example) we buy from other British Flower Farms in warmer parts of the UK. We buy as directly as possible to minimise road miles. For environmental and ethical reasons we do not use imported flowers.
With this commitment to British flowers and environmental values we have a seasonal aesthetic; no year-round roses or gyp!
Colours and flower varieties will vary and we will choose and pick whatever’s looking most fantastic at the time of your order. The images pictured here are just for illustrative purposes and are from throughout the year. If you have a colour preference, please let me know in the message box
All our gift bouquets are gift wrapped with plastic free, recycled/ recyclable wrap. (Care advice is provided on the label.)

As seasonal, sustainable florists, we grow a lot of our flowers and foliage here in west Cumbria. We focus our designs on these stems – lovingly grown by us, without chemicals, to support biodiversity, with the lowest carbon footprint.
We love to support other British Flower Farms in warmer parts of the UK, so that we can increase the range of flowers and foliage we have available to us. We buy as directly as possible to minimise road miles. For environmental and ethical reasons we do not use imported flowers.
With this commitment to British flowers and environmental values we have a seasonal aesthetic, our bouquets will not have roses until late May!
All our wrap is made from recycled/recyclable materials, FSC-sourced papers and sustainable inks. It is plastic free.

Floral arranging workshop: make a hand-tied bouquet from our flowers
The Flower Club at Cumberland Flower Farm is back! After a long break (of around 6 years!) we’re relaunching our monthly gathering for seasonal flower lovers. And we’re really thrilled that now the Flower Club will be at the field!
From May through to September we will meet at Cumberland Flower Farm for a guided tour, taking you from seedlings in the propagation tunnel to crops ready for cutting. The varieties and quantities of flowers vary across our season, but the field is always busy and interesting to those interested in flowers, organic growing.
After this tour, we’ll go up in our studio where we will guide you in a workshop making a hand-tied bouquet using stems cut from the field.
Celebrate your wedding with the wild, romantic beauty of Cumbrian-grown flowers.
From the first seedling to your finished bridal bouquet, the majority of our blooms are raised with care right here on our farm. Whether you envision a grand floral arch, elegant table centrepieces, or prefer to get creative with our DIY wedding flower buckets, we provide fresh, seasonal British flowers that capture the very heart of the Lake District.
Seasonal UK-grown farewell flowers thoughtfully arranged to reflect the unique personality of your loved one. A fitting floral tribute for sad times that will evoke the memory of those no longer with us.
It’s in our nature to think green and be as ‘light footed’ as possible. Sustainability is very important to us. Our seasonal bouquets are truly environmentally friendly – from soil to vase!
